This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Connektgram (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to the Trial Pack and other prepaid services.

1. Trial Pack Refunds

  • All payments for the Trial Pack are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • The Trial Pack is a one-time service offered at a fixed price and limited duration. Once initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if you choose not to use all deliverables within the trial period.

  • For prepaid service packages (monthly retainers, campaigns, or website projects), fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If you cancel before we begin work, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of administrative and processing costs (minimum 10% of the fee or as specified in the invoice/proposal).
